Good Morning Choir Families,

Just a few short reminders:

Solo-thon:
This event has been cancelled.

Class Fees:
Please be sure to pay the class fees as outlined in the choir handbook. This fee is paid to EHS not the Boosters. Payments can be dropped in the lock box in the choir room and I will submit it to Administration on your behalf

Booster Choir Fees: 
October is a busy month for invoicing. I will be sending out statements with the exiting unpaid fees that are due, plus the Performers Fee (Show Choir Only) and the Costume Fee (Show Choir Only). The first trip fee (Show Choir only) will also be invoiced. I understand this is a lot to hit all at once. If you are working fundraisers such as Balloon Fiesta, please try and estimate what you will be bringing in for this fundraiser and then submit the difference. There are multiple opportunities to fund raise. If you have any questions regarding fundraising, please email our VP of Fundraising Yolanda @ thefabian4@comcast.net. Candy/Nuts/Popcorn fundraiser ended today. All orders are due. As soon as we finalize that fundraiser, credits will be posted to accounts.

NO Zero Hour:
There will be no zero hour on Wednesday October 11, 2017.
