Dear Eldorado Eagle Choir Community,

What a week we had last week! Our students were such troopers and worked so very hard. Thanks to everyone who came out to support uson Saturday, and to all of those parents who volunteered and helped us throughout the day! 

This email serves as a weekly update complete with upcoming event information, reminders, and pertinent information for choir members and their families. Please remember to reach out to any of our outstanding booster members with questions regarding student accounts, payments, or fundraising. Please also remember to utilize our website,, for the most up-to-date information. Finally, should you have any questions concerning the information contained in these emails, please first field your questions to your student, as they may have additional information not included in the email, and then contact myself or a booster member with your inquiry. 

Regularly Scheduled After School Show Choir Rehearsals:
Tuesdays:  January 19, 26, 
                   February 2, [9] (only if needed)
Thursdays: January 21, 28* (see below)
                   February 4

Special Long "Wet Tech" After School Show Choir Rehearsal:
Thursday, January 28 after school rehearsal will extend later into the evening as we will be doing a "wet tech rehearsal." This will be our bestAND ONLY opportunity to troubleshoot and work all things related to tech within both shows; lights, sounds, sets, etc. Students will be called after school as usual, until approximately 7:30 PM. They will not be in rehearsal this entire time and will be fed dinner. We understand that this is a late change to the schedule but want to ensure a smooth performance for Saturday. If students are unable to stay until 7:30 PM please see Mrs. Rader. 

Final Intensive and Pre-Trip Performance and Trip Meeting:
Saturday, January 30
  • All Students called @ 11:00 AM 
    • Students should sleep in and come with a full belly as they will only be served hearty snacks throughout the day, not a full meal 
    • Students are welcome to bring snacks in addition to those that will be provided 
  •  6:00 PM Performance!
  • The Trip Meeting, mandatory for all traveling students AND their parents, will be held in the PAC immediately following the 6:00Performance!
