Summer Fundraising Information

posted Jun 13, 2017, 7:23 AM by Eldorado Choirs

Hello Choir Families!

My name is Yolanda Fabian and I will be your VP of fundraising this year. My hope is that we will have several opportunities thru-out the year for each student to be able to raise money for their choir fees.  So to kick the summer off we have a few fundraisers that will be starting up this week!

1) Business advertisements.  Each student will earn 90% and the general choir fund 10%. Attached you will find all the information regarding the business ads. Once an business advertisement is received, you may either mail all paperwork to the address listed on the form OR give it all to myself at the Isotopes games!  Copies will also be available on Thursday, June 1st at the Meet and Greet of our new director.

2) Isotopes games. Starting this weekend, parents and students, 16 and over, may work the Isotopes games. This is a GREAT way to earn money and meet fellow parents/students. A reminder sign up will be going out again today.

3) Goodwill Good Deeds. Start collecting your unwanted item to donate to the choir on Sunday, June 25th from 10am to 2pm. Bins will be located in the north parking lot where you will drop off your items and the choir gets credit for EACH bin we fill! A sign up will be going out also this week for volunteers to help with a 2 hour shift, so be watching for that!

Thanks for your time!!

Isotope games

posted Mar 15, 2017, 12:59 PM by Eldorado Choirs

Hi everyone,
I have received a few replies, however, we need a lot more people. You do not need to work all the games. It's a great way to earn money for your fees. If your child does not drive yet and you aren't working, they can always carpool with someone. Between isotopes and balloon fiesta you should have very little extra money you need to pay for choir fees, if any.

Training for isotopes is mandatory. There are several options available. They are having them
Tuesday March 21stfrom 630pm to 830pm.
Wednesday the 22ndfrom 630pm to 830pm.
Thursday the 23rd from 630pm to 830pm.
Saturday the 25th from 2pm to 4pm
Wednesday the 29th from 630 pm to 830pm

Please let me know which ones you cannot make. We need to pick one to attend. I would like to attend the one on Saturday the 25th from 2-4. Please let me know ASAP!

SMB Fundraising & Basketball

Hi all,

Just wanted to let the few of you know who participated in this fundraiser that your goodies will be delivered tomorrow at 9 am in my office. Please have your child pick up his/her items any time after lunch tomorrow.

Basketball concessions are going very well. We could use more cases of Gatorade, candy, hot dog buns, Pepsi, and hot chips. No surprise we doubled what we usually make in a night on Saturday when we played LCHS. Bonus - Varsity boys won!

Albuquerque Magazine subscription fundraiser has ended. Thank you to everyone who brought their "junk" to the Goodwill fundraiser on Sunday

That's it for now! Have a great evening!

Fundraising update

posted Jan 23, 2017, 11:30 AM by Eldorado Choirs

Good afternoon everyone,
This is just a reminder that tomorrow ends the SMB Fundraiser (candy, nuts, popcorn). Both forms and money are due tomorrow no later than 2:30 pm. Please make sure your child's name is on the forms and envelope. Please staple the forms to the envelope. Put  the forms and money envelope in the lock box in the choir room, M3, no later than 2:30 on Monday, 1/23/17.

We are having another Goodwill Good Deed drive. Please bring your items to the north parking lot between 10 am and 2 pm on Sunday, January 29th. Drop off any of the following in new or gently used condition: clothing, shoes, handbags, kitchen utensils, home decor, plates, cups, housewares, sporting equipment, toys, books, jewelry, small kitchen electrics, computer and accessories, etc. *No TVs or Mattress*

Boys Basketball games - We are in desperate need of cases of pepsi products (pepsi, mug rootbeer, sierra mist, diet pepsi, gatorade). We also need cases of chocolate candy bars. We could also use more hot dog buns, tortilla chips, and nacho cheese. All donations should be placed in the cage in the choir storage room with your child's name on it. Our next game is January 31. Donations are equal to one game credit.

Albuquerque Magazine subscription campaign ends on January 31. Turn forms in to lock box with your child's name on them.

Once basketball games end we will not be having any more fundraisers for this year. Fundraisers for next year will begin in May with Isotopes. Information will come soon.

Thank you,
Betty
