Please share the following link with everyone you know so that we get 20 confirmations before our deadline or the fundraiser night will be canceled. The choir will earn 20% back and monies earned will go to the general choir fund for buses, food, or other unexpected expenses during the year. The address is 2241 Q Street NE, Suite 7G which is located in the new uptown mall off Louisiana.

Balloon Fiesta

posted Sep 19, 2017, 12:29 PM by Eldorado Choirs   [ updated Sep 19, 2017, 12:30 PM ]

State fair is here... Homecoming has gone around the world. That means it's time to look to the skies and Inflate your Imagination with the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

Sign ups are happening right now. If you have not signed up yet, you should. They will be assigning shifts soon. Don't forget that anyone middle school aged and up can participate in this fundraiser.

All students should sign up as ticket scanners only. Adults can be a seller or a scanner. If you sign up to be a seller, you are in charge of large amounts of money and it can be pretty fast paced. If you are nervous about handling a lot of money or being able to move money quickly, please sign up to be a scanner. We need more scanners than we need sellers.

Remember we have Thursday and Friday off from school so students can also work those days. There is also the music festival on Saturday afternoon.

There is a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, September 26th at 5:00 pm in M3. Anyone who is signed up our plans on assigning up needs to be at that meeting. I will have a sign in sheet that night.

Here's the link:

Sign up for as many shifts as you can. It's easier to give shifts to you if you signed up for more shifts.

Right now we have only 26 people signed up. Last year we sent 103 people. Let's match that! Sign up now!

Balloon Fiesta

Hi all,
Just a reminder that balloon fiesta sign ups are underway. Several of you have already signed up, but there is still room for more people. The sooner you sign up the more chance you have of getting more shifts.

Please remember that ALL students can ONLY be SCANNERS. Anyone who is middle school aged or older can participate in this fundraiser. You do not need to be 16 years of age.

THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY MEETING FOR ANYONE WHO HAS SIGNED UP OR IS PLANNING ON SIGNING UP to be a scanner or seller on Tuesday, September 26th at 5 pm in M3. Please mark your calendars now and plan on being there if you are signed up.

As a reminder just because you signed up for an event does not mean that you will get it. You will be given shifts as they are available. You will receive an email later on closer to Balloon Fiesta as to what shifts you received. Once you get that email, if your schedule changes and if you can no longer attend a shift, please let me know immediately so I can find a replacement.

See you on Tuesday, September 26th at 5 pm in M3.

Hello Parents!

Isotopes is looking for groups to work for the Freedom Fest this Friday and Saturday, June 30 and July 1 at Isotopes Park. Eldorado Choir could make a HUGE amount of money if we participated. There will be no alcohol so senior students may be cashiers.

Please let me know if you are able to work either or both of the days by 9am tomorrow morning, June 29th

Hello Parents!

We have begun our summer fundraising at Isotopes and we need more volunteers to sign up. The more people that sign up, the more money we make, and the less you will have to pay out of pocket.  If you have already signed up, it is VERY important that you commit to that sign up. I submit numbers to Spectra 72 hours before the game we are signed up for. If you happen not to show up, it put myself and others in a bind.

In years past, we would have 14 volunteers or more for each game. Right now we are lucky to get 7. (Volunteers do need to be 16 years of age or older.) Previously, families have been able to pay for dues with monies only earned from Isotopes and Balloon Fiesta. Nothing out of pocket.

Below is the link to sign up. Please also email myself so that I can add your name to the Isotopes list.

Summer Fundraising Information

posted Jun 13, 2017, 7:23 AM by Eldorado Choirs

Hello Choir Families!

My name is Yolanda Fabian and I will be your VP of fundraising this year. My hope is that we will have several opportunities thru-out the year for each student to be able to raise money for their choir fees.  So to kick the summer off we have a few fundraisers that will be starting up this week!

1) Business advertisements.  Each student will earn 90% and the general choir fund 10%. Attached you will find all the information regarding the business ads. Once an business advertisement is received, you may either mail all paperwork to the address listed on the form OR give it all to myself at the Isotopes games!  Copies will also be available on Thursday, June 1st at the Meet and Greet of our new director.

2) Isotopes games. Starting this weekend, parents and students, 16 and over, may work the Isotopes games. This is a GREAT way to earn money and meet fellow parents/students. A reminder sign up will be going out again today.

3) Goodwill Good Deeds. Start collecting your unwanted item to donate to the choir on Sunday, June 25th from 10am to 2pm. Bins will be located in the north parking lot where you will drop off your items and the choir gets credit for EACH bin we fill! A sign up will be going out also this week for volunteers to help with a 2 hour shift, so be watching for that!

Thanks for your time!!
